F2R Construction LLC. is a family owned construction business in Monument, Colorado. Chad currently holds a Colorado Class B-1 Contractors License and a Project Management degree. He has spent over 20 years as a Construction/Project Manager for different companies. With stops along the way as an Architectural Designer, Estimator and Owners Rep he is very knowledgeable in all phases of the Construction Field. He will assist in every step of the process, from budgeting and layout to construction and finish. He has strong relationships with many subcontractors that will aid in completion of your projects.
